Shaundre' Doughty – Operations Manager

Shaundre' Doughty Shaundre' is a new Operations Manger that specializes in patient care and surgical procedures. She has vast training in cosmetic surgery as well as microsurgical techniques and has worked in the field of plastic surgery since 1999. She is an expert on dermal fillers and will help guide you through your cosmetic surgery. She has a special gift with facial skin care and is an expert at caring for you before and after surgery. She has been in the surgical aspect of aesthetics for over eight years and enjoys new challenges.

Kristi Perry – Back Office Controller

Kristi Perry In her role as a program manager, Kristi helps ensure that Chrysalis' patients receive the highest level of care. An MBA with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Kristi manages accounting for Chrysalis and oversees the various office programs. In addition to working to improve the services of Chrysalis Cosmetics, Kristi is passionate about promoting green environment. She is constantly seeking new ways to make our community kinder to earth. With advanced education, kind nature and more than 10 years' experience in the field of plastic surgery, Kristi is a valued member of the Chrysalis team.

Kristin White Kristin is our back office coordinator and specializes in billing and insurance. She has 15 years experience working in the service industry. She enjoys helping people and is very organized. Kristin enjoys being a mother and is active in her community.

Marilou Wagner CRNA – Anesthetist

Marilou Wagner MaryLou – Has been involved in patient care for over thirty years. She has been performing anesthesia for over 20 years. She has focused her practice and now specializes in gentle anesthesia techniques for plastic and cosmetic procedures. She enjoys helping you through the process and making it as comfortable and safe as possible. She is a certified registered nurse anesthetist that has been working at Chrysalis Cosmetics for the past three years and has worked at Kaiser Permanente prior to joining us. She has a wealth of experience and provides a wonderful service for you.

Kathy Wiltse – Registered Nurse

Kathy Wiltse has been a registered nurse for us for more than 4 years, bringing a smile to work every day. She is an expert on Botox injections and assists with patient education and recovery as well as sedation when needed. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in nursing, and has a caring nature and a warm heart. Originally from New York, Kathy enjoys running, wine tasting, long conversations and gardening.
